i) A single domain license allows you to install SNetworks PHP Classifieds
on only one domain name. When the licenses are generated then a license
key and other encrypted codes are pasted in the script to protect from
using the script in more than one domain that which you will provide when
signinup. If you want to setup more than one websites using the script,
you should obtain additional licenses from CraigslistClone.info. Additional

ii) A unlimited domain license allows you to install SNetworks PHP Classifieds
under any numbers of domain name you want. When the licenses are generated then
a license key and other encrypted codes are pasted in the script which protects
the script from removing copyright or powered by texts. Editing any encrypted
codes will crash your script where we won't provide any refund neither we are
responsible. If you want to remove the copyright/powered by texts or you want
to make your own branding of your script then you must order Master License.

files according to the license rights stated above. Anyway, you are allowed

2. CHANGE OF DOMAIN NAME: A script license is granted for a particular domain
name. If you move the script to a new domain, then you should inform
CraigslistClone.info about the transfer for approval. Any such transfers
without the approval of CraigslistClone.info will void your script license(s).
3. TRANSFER OF LICENSE: If a website running SNetworks PHP Classifieds is
to be transfered to another party, along with the script, then you should
report the transfer to CraigslistClone.info prior to the transfer.
CraigslistClone.info will have the rights to prevent you from transfering the
script license and thus the script files to the new party, if the transfer
is found to be unacceptable. If approved by CraigslistClone.info, the transfer
of the website will also involve the transfer of your script license and
you will no longer be eligible to use the license further. Additionally,
any such transfers should retain the script's name and all the original
copyright notices including those in the administration area as well as
the source files and also contain an unaltered copy of this file.
4. REFUNDS: Payments made to CraigslistClone.info are final and shall NOT be
refunded under any circumstances (once purchased any licenses). But if you
order installatoins or any other customization by our technicians then you
will get refunds if there is any failure where conditions are appliled.
5. COPYRIGHTS: SNetworks PHP Classifieds is copyright protected software.
All rights on the script are reserved by George Robert and SNetworks.biz.
You may not resell or redistribute the script unless you have the legal
valid license to do so which is being authorised by the owner.
6. DISCLAIMER: THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. CraigslistClone.info
DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES RELATING TO THE SOFTWARE, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NEITHER
CraigslistClone.info NOR ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN THE CREATION,
PRODUCTION, OR DELIVERY OF THE SOFTWARE SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT,
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO
USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF CraigslistClone.info HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR CLAIMS. THE PERSON USING THE SOFTWARE BEARS
ALL RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE.
7. Copyright Claims Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
Pursuant to Title II of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, all
claims of copyright infringement for material that is believed to
be residing on SNETWORKS's network or servers should be promptly
sent in the form of written notice to the Designated Agent for
DMCA Notices listed below:

To be considered effective, a notification of a claimed copyright
infringement must be provided via regular fax to SNETWORKS and must
include the information which are stated below:-

that has allegedly been infringed.
ii: Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed,
or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by
a single notification, a representative list of such works on that site.

be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access
to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to
permit SNETWORKS to locate the material.
iv: Information reasonably sufficient to permit SNETWORKS to contact the

an electronic mail address at which the Complaining Party may be contacted.
v: A statement that the Complaining Party has a good faith belief that
use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by
the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
vi: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate,
and under penalty of perjury, that the Complaining Party is the owner,
or is authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right
that is allegedly infringed.
Failure to submit copyright infringement notification as described
herein will result in no legal notice or action on behalf of SNETWORKS.
8. Misrepresentations:
- any person who knowingly materially misrepresents under this section
1: that material or activity is infringing,
OR
2: that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake
or misidentification, shall be liable for any damages, including
costs and attorney's fees, incurred by the alleged infringer, by
any copyright owner or copyright owner's authorized license, who
is injured by such misrepresentation, as the result of SNETWORKS
relaying upon such misrepresentations in removing or ceasing to
disable access to it. |
